Lakso® 52
The Lakso® 52 cottoner utilizes an inverted “U” technique of inserting cushioning material into containers. This technique ensures that bottles are well packed and helps maintain product integrity by allowing for a cleaner packing process which eliminates stray wisps of cotton.
Specially angled shears cut coil cleanly and uniformly each time to remove any potential for tails or wisps - a feature exclusive to Lakso® cottoners.
The Lakso® 52 cottoning machine can achieve speeds up to 100 bottles per minute. |
