Filltronic
Manufactured since 1981, this versatile gear pump liquid filler has a proven reputation as a robust, flexible and simple-to-operate machine.
Perfectly suited for nearly all free-flowing viscosities, the Filltronic can be configured with 2 to 12 positive displacement pumps to reach speeds up to 180 bottles per minute.
Easily handling fill volumes from a 1/2 ounce to 5 gallons, the Filltronic features touchscreen controls to recall hundreds of recipe settings and adjust a variety of options onscreen including fill volumes, speed, nozzle dive, etc. Filler is available with or without Lexan guarding.
PLC & new touchscreen design are now available as retrofit kits for existing Kalishtronic & Filltronic fillers. |
